PARENTS CODE OF CONDUCT
⦁ I will not talk to/coach my son during practices/games. If I do, I understand he will be removed from the practice/game.
⦁ I will conduct myself professionally at all times, as I am a representation of Bullettproof Baseball Academy. This includes road trips, team meals, events, hotels, etc.
⦁ Refrain from any profanity or abuse of umpires, parents, coaches or players.
⦁ Refrain from speaking negatively about other players, parents, staff and the program. If you have a concern come and discuss it to get a positive resolve.
⦁ Gossip, negativity and complaining creates a toxic environment. Parents do not sign up for this or appreciate it.
⦁ Discuss issues or concerns with coaches away from the field, not during practices/games, always away from earch shot of the players including yours. Coaches will not answer emails/texts until 24 hours after the completion of a game or practice.
⦁ I understand the team does not have a “fair play” rule, and not every player will receive equal playing time. Playing time is at the discretion of the coaching staff.
Parents/spectators found to be in breach will be asked to stay home or wait in the car and not attend practices, games or events related to the team. Bullettproof Baseball has a ZERO tolerance policy of all listed above. Every matter will be handled swiftly and as fairly as is deemed fit. We ask that no parent or player put BP in a position to have to make such a call. Removing a player or a parent or both is not something that we ever want to do. "The Needs of 1 do not outway the needs of the rest". This allows us to run a program to the best of our abilities.
