Our 16u TEAM NEW ERA WELLAND is the feeder team for our Bullett Proof Prospects Showcase team. Their training is an up tempo combination of strength and agility drills as well as learning the onfield game at a top level pace. The premise behind their training is to prepare them for that final stage of their minor baseball career, the 18u team where they will have a chance to perform in front of college and pro scouts.
The 16u TEAM NEW ERA WELLAND plays in the Eastern Canadian Premier League, a wood bat league based in Southern Ontario.
The 16u TEAM NEW ERA WELLAND also plays in tournaments here in Ontario as well as the U.S. They will play in the Bullett Proof Prospects Tournament here in Welland, Ontario. In late July the 16u team will also be going to Adrian College and Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan where they will get their first 'taste' of playing on the college field.
